Ascot Group delivers construction, refurbishments and minor works across retirement living, aged care and health, education, government and commercial environments. These are often busy, operational sites where careful planning is critical to keeping people safe, managing downtime and limiting disruption.
For more than 15 years, we’ve worked in environments where there is a lot to consider beyond the construction itself. We plan carefully for what we know, stay ready to respond to what we don’t, and keep clients informed along the way. The goal is simple: fewer surprises and a smoother experience from start to finish.

We plan and manage activity in advance, using our in-house trades and trusted delivery partners to give every project the right capability. Everyone working on behalf of Ascot Group is inducted to our standards, as well as the specific safety, operational and site requirements of our clients.

Governance & assurance
Our standards are anything but standard
Procurement and risk teams need correct documentation. Our systems, licences and insurance are current and documented, and we can send what you need for pre-qualification without slowing your project down.
We are certified to ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) and are active members of the Master Builders Association.
Ascot Group is a Registered Building Practitioner and holds all necessary commercial building and trade licences across VIC, SA, NSW and QLD. Current licence details are available on request.
We carry public and product liability insurance of $20m and comprehensive workers compensation cover. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Safety is built into how we plan, manage and deliver every project. Supported by dedicated national safety leadership, our teams apply consistent systems, standards and site practices across all four states – from risk planning and worker wellbeing to dust and live-environment controls.
Our quality, safety and environmental management systems support the strict audit, reporting and probity requirements of government, health, education and large portfolio clients need through-out pre-qualification, tender and delivery.
