Where you'd be working
Retirement villages, hospitals, schools, offices, shopping centres and government buildings. Much of our work takes place inside these environments – often while they remain active, open and full of people.
The skill
It takes more than knowing your trade
Building in operational environments takes a different kind of thinking. Sometimes we’re working alongside residents, staff, students or customers; other times the immediate space is ours, but the facility around us still needs to keep running.
Our real skill is understanding that bigger picture. We plan carefully, sequence work around what’s happening on site and stay considerate of the people who use the space before, during and after we’re there.
