ASCOT GROUP was formed in 2011 with the aim of delivering a unique service offering to the construction industry. The founders and directors are proud of the company and the 85+ staff that enhance our reputation as an expert and market leader in commercial and residential construction. ASCOT GROUP’S core values are not often found in the construction industry. These values are embodied in everything we do. Experience the difference today.

We consider our workforce to reflect the diversity of our clients, contractors, sectors in which we operate, and other stakeholders.

Having all attended Melbourne’s St Bernard’s College, the founders of ASCOT GROUP were exposed to the unacceptable levels of poverty and injustice in East Africa at an early age.
ASCOT GROUP is committed to supporting the development work undertaken by the Edmund Rice Foundation in East Africa. The foundation works collaboratively with local communities in establishing sustainable development projects centred on education, health, vocational training, and community development.
Members of the ASCOT GROUP team have witnessed first-hand the incredible work undertaken by the foundation in East Africa. Visiting projects such as the Ruben Centre, Mary Rice Centre and Brother Beausang School is a truly humbling and inspiring experience.
We are passionate about working with the Edmund Rice Foundation to create a better life for those unfortunate enough to be living in poverty in East Africa.
ASCOT GROUP will continue to increase its support of the 500 Supporters Group – the major fundraising group supporting the Edmund Rice Foundation’s work in Mukuru, Kenya.

We are passionate about seeing our people develop personally and professionally whilst employed at ASCOT GROUP.
Understanding our employees’ individual goals and providing the support and guidance to accomplish their ambitions is important to us.
ASCOT GROUP are committed to supporting our team through learning and development, and encourage up-skilling in a practical sense and through formal education and training.
We are strongly of the opinion that dedicated staff deserve recognition and reward.
Seeing our people progress their careers within our organisation is something we take great pride in. Jon (pictured) is our latest example of an individual turning his potential into successful career development.

We are passionate about engaging with the community and equally proud of the great work our team undertakes with these local initiatives.
ASCOT GROUP are dedicated to contributing to the community through supporting causes that are aligned with our client’s missions and those close to the hearts of our employees.
We seek to breed a culture of proactive community engagement in the workplace. A helping hand will lead to positive change.
