Ascot Group was engaged as Head Contractor to repaint the existing brick façade of a busy university campus, with a brief to deliver the works quickly while maintaining safety and respecting the heritage character of the building. Working in a live environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to keep pedestrians, vehicles and university operations moving safely throughout the works.
Our hands-on project managers brought practical construction experience from the outset, accurately scoping the works, coordinating specialist access equipment and identifying practical solutions for safely accessing the façade. Permits, traffic management, site inductions, protection works and waste removal were all coordinated as part of the delivery.

The result was a fresh façade for a heritage building, delivered with sensitivity and respect for the building itself, as well as the people who use and enjoy it.
