ASCOT GROUP were engaged by the Café owner to turn an existing shell into a vibrant new meeting space for Pascoe Vale locals. The project involved engaging and managing sub-contractors to fit-out the 450m2 space within a 10-week time frame. High-end finishes were selected and the ASCOT team ensured every detail was finished to the client’s request. The scope of works also involved the installation of a commercial kitchen.
