Our Retirement Living division completes around 150 apartment refurbishments a year across Victoria – but Apartment 55 at Aveo Sackville Grange called for something beyond the standard scope. A penthouse-level apartment, it demanded a higher standard of finish, careful access coordination three storeys up in a live, occupied complex, and the flexibility to adapt as the scope evolved mid-delivery.
Residents living either side of the works came first throughout – access was planned closely with Aveo and neighbouring residents to keep daily life undisturbed. The result was a finish of a standard the client chose to showcase: Aveo staged the completed apartment for professional photography.
Delivered on time, to the client’s full satisfaction and the relationship has continued, with Ascot Group now delivering further refurbishments at the same site.
